Want to better support new fathers? Become a Boot Camp for New Dads Facilitator

In collaboration with Alameda County Public Health Department’s Family Health Services Fatherhood Initiative, your organization can provide the men of your community with Boot Camp for New Dads. Boot Camp for New Dads provides a man-to-man format for fathers-to-be, under the guidance of experienced facilitators. This training will teach you how to coach new dads using Boot Camp’s evidence-based curriculum and approach.

Who should attend?

Male staff who work or would like to work directly with low-income men and fathers, who can commit to collaborating with the FHS Fatherhood Initiative and National Boot Camp for New Dads office to deliver boot camp services locally.

Training Information:

Friday, October 2nd 9:00am-5:00pm and Saturday, October 3rd 11:00am-2:00pm at Alameda County offices in San Leandro.
